Veuve Clicquot Winter Chalet
From Thursday 2nd May, online bookings will open for our winter season pop-up bar on the Customs House terrace – Veuve Clicquot Winter Chalet.
Opening date will be Tuesday 14th May.
Featuring our signature domes, textural winter styling and plenty of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, the pop-up’s stunning river vista and enticing menus are a sure-fire way to chill out and experience Euro chalet vibes in a quintessential Brisbane location.
In addition to a range of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, available by the glass or bottle, the drinks menu features Australian and French wines, beers, and cocktails including the Berries & Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Belvedere Pure and topped off with Veuve Clicquot!
Dining Options:
This year we will be introducing ‘Champagne Winter High Tea with Veuve Clicquot’, which will include a selection of scrumptious savoury and sweet delights plus tea and coffee.

Our bar menu of share style snacks and nibbles will be available for both exclusive use dome bookings and for casual surrounding seating area.
For exlusive use dome bookings there will be a bar chalet package per person of a glass of Veuve Clicquot and a selection of the bar snacks. Extra food can be purchased from the bar menu on the day.
